We had a great time! The start was rough, I was fidgety, my ADHD bestie was going wayyyy too fast and had to be asked to slow down a few times, but once we had our food it was nothin' but laughs. I'm glad we went!

what would they have THOUGHT, maybe incorrectly, based on the information they DID have. Seriously I think it's a crazy fun experiment and can make a story feel really fresh, even if you've read it a hundred times before. Like, here, here's some of my description of this same scene from Noel's POV

Replying to this again to CONTINUE going through the can of worms you opened by asking me about my docs lol. After the mechanical shit, I get into a biography section, going over all the events of their life in-story- importantly, FROM their perspective. This is really fun for understanding.

Then we get into a section covering abilities based on character build. Mai's just rockin' with the basic "human" stuff for now, since I haven't cooked up what her Grimoire-based abilities will be. As said, WIP.

Then I've got some bullshit stat system I'm makin' up. I'm using a D20 system for this one, and a two-part HP bar to mimic the two rounds of a match in a fighting game.

Sooo we start with a little blurb introducing the character, focused on where they're at in my BBRP. It takes place during the Torifune Academy years, so at the start, Mai is a new student! I've extrapolated her age and birth year based on her grade at school and her canon bday.

Let's check out Mai first! Separating the documents for combat from the documents for like, character analysis, was a lifesaver. Part of why Noel's doc is so ugly long is because I hadn't done that previously.
