Tediously, is the short answer!
To draw with a mouse I generally just stack a lot of quick, short strokes with low opacity to form lines, and often I fill more space with thicker lines than I need, then slowly erase/sculpt the edges until I get the line I want.
Don't know that I'd recommend it!
