I heard about the pending crisis -once- and it just vanished ...then popped up for a few days and then nothing. And I'm someone who actively keeps my ear out ... *sigh* I get that there is only so much time and the world is large, but it is a reminder so much goes totally neglected.

it's that reckoning that made me into the fan of the character I am. Broken but persevering ... I'm not sure what it says that I have such a love-hate-love relationship when characters get hurt/go through it ...so I am SO ready for this.

Real estate law isn't my strength, I'm not a lawyer, and cannot give legal advice, but I also don't know the laws of your state. There might be some procedural slip. for instance does your initial lease specify only one payment method is accepted? Couldn't hurt to have someone look.

How you choose to exist is YOUR choice. It doesn't change who you are in spirit instead of shell that holds it.

Stilll irritating is irritating! My knuckles are splitting again as they're like to do... was drying hands with paper towel and jammed my nail right into one line. That wasn't fun but it wasn't anything major. Thus I don't wish similar pains to others!

I did that when I was like 12 or younger. It was like a size of a teacup, were bragging about it being one of the smallest breeds in existence. friend and sister were sobbing, stepdad was -screaming- I ran out and home sobbing. Still feel terrible. Never found out if she was okay. 😢
