We just seem to lack like for like options and we didn’t address long standing midfield and CB options.

We need another winger who can play both sides. We lost Diaz, Jota and Elliott and we don’t really have any quality understudy or prospect to play there.

It’s why I think Semenyo and Diomande will be high on the list of options.

He’s had no understudy if he gets injured for a while now. It’s negligent to not have someone to compete for that spot.

Like for like meaning an actual right winger not exact talent level.

When Salah doesn’t play, we use Dom, that’s not what he was bought for, it cannot have been THE plan. That is my issue right now.

I’m not sure this is all on Slot, his decision making currently concerns me, use of squad etc, however, I was worried in the summer that we changed too much, and yet we still don’t have 2 wide right options, we only rotate 4 in the middle and they look tired and we miss another CB. 🤷🏻‍♂️

He’s so much more of a front foot manager with a system we like and is certainly more Klopp than Glasner.
