He was thinking that Garland would slow-walk the appointment of the special counsel. Which is exactly what happened.

What I want to say is that he spent his final few years in prison and served as a warning to future war criminals.

But that never happened.

Giving him credit for his daughter's basic level of integrity doesn't work for me.
