I had 4 slides in a major brief to senior leadership that I've been working on for 2 weeks with multiple rounds of feedback from like 3 levels of leadership and PMs. We rehearsed multiple times and had it timed to perfection.
We ran out of time halfway through my first slide.

If you can't answer the question "What problem are we trying to solve?", then your plan, presentation, meeting, objective, etc. doesn't actually have a point. Why should I waste my time if you can't tell me what my time is being spent on?
