Before tariffs, I used to buy so many preowned switch games from Japan that had english that were so affordable too.

I would recommend a Vita but it existed in a generation where games got chopped up (Ridge Racer Vita was so guilty of this) for DLC. Fortunately not all of it was like that but a Vita is a great alternative if it can be found at a good price (more games and PC ports like GTA trilogy).
