The real problem is with cocoa powder. Not a hershey bar. High concentrate pure cocoa. No one eats that.
Chocolate isnt fatal but cocoa powder increases that outcome.

Cocoa powder can be deadly if a lot is consumed. Commercial chocolate candy is fine in small quantities as a little treat.
