today it is the trans privilege of being fired from a TA job for grading papers to basic academic standards.

You *might* have luck finding more about it by searching for "true hermaphrodite", but just a warning, that's considered inaccurate and actually kind of a slur among intersex people. The ICD 10 uses it, ICD 11 uses "ovotesticular disorder of sex development".
