Frank Ragnow is a super athlete who knows his body and his life better than anyone else possibly could, but I can't help but feel a little sad for him. He retired for a reason, and if the Lions' O Line wasn't having such a rough year I can't imagine he'd be coming back.

The Lions game was incredible and I didn't think today could get better but man, the Vikings doing their annual bed shit so early in the season instead of making us wait all year is a real cherry on top.
