Today’s cage check as I go to sleep is CPAP bear time, with the added assist of listening to a hypno file from @greymusclebear.mastodon.hypnoguys.com.ap.brid.gy. He does put out some nice files.

Got home from leg day, had a little more fuel in the tank and decided to try Cossack squats. Form needs work, and definitely need more flexibility. Also, today’s cage check. (Yes, I was wearing layers). I think you can see the exhaustion on my face.
