WIP hot reloadable UI screens!
The whole UI system has been broken for months now, and I've put a few days into improving the DX of it, including adding the ability to see changes in real time, using any code editor to change the JSON file!

I've finally got my world streaming system working! Each zone (256x256 area) is stored on disk, and then gets dynamically loaded in when it needs to be rendered. It's also definitely improved the engine's performance too, reaching >200fps at the standard area size! #gamedev #indiedev #opengl #cpp

My WIP isometric project rendeing ~16M tiles at ~10fps.
It doesn't seem like it's a lot, but this is more of a stress test of the engine. It can confortably render 250K tiles at 160ish fps, which is more than enough for actual gameplay!
