Citizens arrest has very limited powers and is unlikely to apply in these circumstances so they are likely to be subject to unlawful arrest as well

Depends why, if its health or family emergency then it shoukd be shown.
If they throw their dolly's out of the pram over bad scores then I still think it should be shown to warn others
