I hate doing endings. I used to do trillogys w/ 2 other authors, Ann Voss Peterson and Patricia Rosemoor. I always did the first book. Ann always did the middle, and Patricia did the ending.

I used to be more of a plotter. I'm my hybred now. Probably my aging brain. But it was really cool to find out I actually knew how I was going to wind it up

I live in Columbia, Md. FG had some of his first commissions here--from James Rouse who built the new town from scratch. FG designed the Rouse Co bldg--now the fanciest Whole Foods in the world. Also the Merryweather Post Pavilion & the fire house. I've followed FG's career avidly.

Cats see and hear everything. And they think they hear stuff that may not be there.

Damn. I had a sled like that when I was a kid. The first year I used it for my own kids, someone stole it from our front porch.

Looks like fun.
