I use Ina Garten’s Perfect Pie Crust recipe which makes just this kind of extra amount. In addition to not arguing with the crust, there’s nothing I love more than lots of cinnamon sugar crunchies.

After several years of making various versions of sweet potato pie and the cranberry curd tart, I went back to straight out of the can Libby’s this year and the happiness was palpable when we got into it early tonight. Can’t deny the greatness
