I'm essentially in freelance mode atm, so I have to be very intentional to drive progress, but in an agile environment, I only occasionally blocked days or a morning block. It is all very dependent on who drives commitments.

It varies, but presently I only plan tomorrows, meetings, and deadlines. Each day I note progress and challenges, and then EOD I list any next steps before timeblocking the next day for the most important items using my calendar. Using Obsidian for a lot of subtask lists and notes.

On the one hand, its exciting entrepreneurs especially have such great options for getting started now. On the other hand, as a worker bee the 10,000 new game-changing tools that pop up every 5 minutes is beyond what my meat brain has time to keep up with.

I have a couple of these and really like them too. I bought one for a workshop and then bought another one for the kitchen.
