My space is all about the Green Dragon … but it is not for the reason most think. Yes Dragons are cool, but the Green Dragon connection goes back to the Green Dragon Tavern in the Boston area where revolutionaries met to discuss a “better America” … adds a historical connection to my dragon vibe.

Weekend vibes are on tap … plans … NONE … maybe play in the shop and make something … been playing around with luthering … one string instruments as a project for the kids … not very good at it but it is a disconnect #bfc530

Yesterday I won the Rockin’ Raider for December … apparently being part of the stealing/holding hostage the Dundee Gnome is rewarded … and also disrupted the quiet breakfast time by yelling “good morning” in the hot mic … the other teachers were not impressed , but the kids went wild. #bfc530

Yesterday, the school hid a gnome for the teachers to find. (Culture Building Stuff) The SS team found it, took it, emailed video/pictures to the staff of what we were doing to it. Way more fun than whatever the prize we got. #bfc530 #edusky #iteachsocialstudies

Music … I try to incorporate music when I can. Currently have kids plucking “Yankee Doodle” or the •Star Spangled Banner” on the guitar because that is the time period we are in. Music adds a layer of perspective when studying history. #Bfc530
