Okay accountability time for me. This is my starting point. So I’m up 12 pounds from where I was at in September 2024, at 232 pounds. But I’m still down 24 from the 268 I was at a year prior to that in September 2023.

This is kinda wild. I typed “podcast about independent wrestling” into AI, and it gave me this (attached). It’s a little robotic, and the guy calls the girl “Lila” and then later calls her “Max”, but it’s crazy how real it sounds.
