Was in London some years ago for work and the food itself was fine, not amazing, but the variety felt very lacking. Walk by a dozen restaurants and pubs whose menus could have been copied from each other.

I'm imagining a hypothetical sale to Oracle/Ellison/etc but within the act's timeframe. My impression is Senator Warren would also have found such a sale problematic. My read of her criticism is about who is being sold to, not about when the sale is happening. Which is what Mike is criticizing.

I think the basic advice is fine but the choice of example is poor. Sometimes if your partner cares a lot about a thing you should change to accommodate them, even if you don't care a lot about it.

Even granting Valve has the right not to distribute it, surely criticism of its exercise of that right is not impermissible. Is Valve obliged to never distribute any game it has the right not to distribute?
