If we think about it, it's not really new info, just a reinterpretation. Remember the Chronicle chart of the six powers? The Shadowlands was its own bubble separated from the Death, same as the Emerald Dream.

With this, we are also back to Elune being the only true Goddess, so that's a plus xD

I'm glad they decided to try goofy designs, some of them are really good (like Mega-Falinks, my precious band of childs xD)

The game does make me think, we still lack an Artemis-like figure for the Kaldorei.

Elune is both Selene and Hecate (with this of being multi-faceted), but we don't have someone like Artemis. We should get one :3
