I haven’t tried the new Blanco location at PV mall, but they have a huge patio and it’s got Trevor’s and Wren House next door for libations after.

There's a couple places around the country that recently permit non-lawyer ownership interests in legal services providers - those are called ABS.

By and large that’s the case here in AZ, folks doing (or trying) it right. There’s just a lot of attention on ABS’s right now, and they are getting disciplined at a higher rate than traditional firms.

What does a lot mean? I have seen them at all the botanical gardens gardens around here. not sure how common in typical landscaping, but I’ve seen it here or there.

APS has a large utility scale solar portfolio and there is tons of solar farms being built. Phoenix has the best solar plant builder, McCarthy. I don’t think the utilities are against it. Would love to see more built!
