so kind of you and THANK YOU for this I wrote to Jane Fonda and sent her a clip of Marsha discussing the Committee. I truly think she didn't know who started the Committee AND it never came up in conversation because people ASSUMED her Dad started the Committee. Job well done!

Finally, Chris Yogerst gets it right- & gives credit where credit is due. The Committee for the First Amendment was the brainchild of Philip Dunne, William Wyler & John Huston! A meticulously researched article and an important learning tool. Thanks Chris. I think you are the first to get it right

The Committee 4 1st Amendment was created by Philip Dunne, John Huston & William Wyler. While Henry Fonda was supportive but he was NOT a founder as is being reported in the press.
