I think it was 5-4 (the pod) that argued that any semblance of the Supreme Court upholding the law wd turn on the question “does John Roberts find this rude or distasteful”, a rule that has proven accurate in today’s USAID case.

I started out as a baby photographer interning for an english daily in Kathmandu. Bozeman’s protests are very different but it’s nice to get back to my roots. I’d like to make it to as many protests as possible. Cheers, good to meet you today.
