the Nvidia 5070 or 5070 Ti is in that price range at MRP but might be hard to find one being sold for that amount.

Depending on your workload and focus you can get an Radeon 9070 XT new for £500, they are usually selling around that and it will be a huge boost.
Or the 9060 XT for closer to £300 and they will all give you a huge boost being on much newer artitecture
