As an editor, it's hard to accept that I might miss errors. As a human, I accept it. A few years ago, I edited/proofed 1 million+ words in the Ptolus books under tight deadlines until my eyes *literally* bled (subconjunctival hemorrhage!). I fixed tons of stuff. Prob missed things too.
