I had the best luck on Floria Fields (the missile finally spawned after two attempts), but no matter what track you have the best luck in, this mission is still complete bullshit.

I was using the Paper Star (that was my first mistake) one time and I found a rare box.
But then the thing exploded on me, and then my Paper Star got destroyed, and THEN I spent AN ENTIRE MINUTE trying to look for a new machine.
Gotta love City Trial, man.
