Emergency Preparedness Expo at Transfer Beach was a huge success! The kids and I learned about great local resources and best practices for safety and preparedness. The highlight was the dramatic arrival of the Coast Guard's CCGS Siyay. Big thanks to all the organizations and volunteers there!

Another #AVICC convention is done! Our Ladysmith team had a great weekend in Nanaimo attending workshops, voting on resolutions, networking with other local governments and MLAs and advocating for our town. Big thanks to the leadership and staff at the Association for a successful weekend.
