Until our leaders have the courage to reform the system fairly and humanely, people will continue to live undocumented, families will continue to be separated, and the promise of America will remain broken.

What we’re seeing today isn’t an accident, it’s a premeditated mess, one that Donald Trump and the Republican Party continue to exploit for power rather than repair.

Even President Obama, often criticized as the “Deporter-in-Chief,” was actually enforcing the immigration laws that existed. He didn’t write them — he followed them. Other presidents have chosen not to, using immigration as a political weapon instead of fixing it.

Melania Trump’s visa expired, so she married Donald, and was able to stay in the United States, and her parents were granted citizenship in record time. Meanwhile, millions of families wait decades, or live in fear of deportation, because the system denies them that same privilege. Interesting.

And you can bet the reason why there’s a delay is because they are redacting the files. I guarantee they are removing Trump’s name and they are adding other names that were not originally in there. Otherwise, why else would it be taking this long?

Exactly!!

We can only hope that this is what happens. This is not called retribution, it’s called the law and doing what is right. What Trump is doing is retribution against those that don’t speak kindly of him and speak the truth. He doesn’t like the truth.😡

We’ve allowed this to happen. But we don’t have to accept it. If we stay silent now, free speech will vanish—and with it, our freedom itself.

This is not who we are supposed to be. But it will become who we are—unless we stop it now.

It never stops at one voice. First it’s comedians. Next it’s reporters. Then protesters. Give it a year, and we’ll be living in a media landscape where only one narrative is allowed—the narrative of power. That’s Russia. That’s China. That’s North Korea.

Instead, they caved—and now Trump has leverage over every broadcaster in America.

Meanwhile, a Fox host suggested homeless people should be “killed” and walked away with nothing more than an apology. Kimmel told the truth. He was silenced. That’s not democracy—that’s authoritarianism.

I agree. I find it confusing with his horrible as Trump has treated them why they are there.
