I hope all 23 Democratic Attorneys General open up simultaneous investigations into Elon's extraordinary lawlessness and depravity.
To increase Grok’s popularity, xAI embraced making sexualized material, rolling back guardrails and ignoring internal warnings about the risks of producing such content, according to more than a half-dozen former employees of X and xAI.
Inside Musk’s bet to hook users that turned Grok into a porn generator
Under pressure to boost its popularity, Elon Musk’s xAI loosened guardrails and relaxed controls on sexual content, setting off internal concern.

I want to reiterate that this shit is nuts. A federal invasion of state-run elections, an intelligence community invasion of federal law enforcement, a White House invasion of a criminal investigation, and a president’s insane treasonable sore loser obsession all rolled up and muddled together.

In stories like this, the news media should include a sentence reading:
“Many recent accusations by Homeland Security against protesters and observers have fallen apart when more facts have been revealed.”

NEW: Florida voters sued Gov. Ron DeSantis for calling a special legislative session to redraw the state’s electoral maps.

The pro-voting plaintiffs argued that the governor unconstitutionally encroached upon the powers of the state legislature.

Assuming Trump hasn’t pardoned her by then.

Nope. She’s lying again. He specifically said they wanted to “take over the voting in at least 15 places.” That’s not the SAVE Act. bsky.app/profile/atru...
Q: Trump said specifically Republicans should 'take over' elections in 15 states. What did he mean?

LEAVITT: With the passage of the SAVE Act, voter ID will be implemented across all 50 states. He was referring to specific states in which we've seen a high degree of fraud like California & New York

Re-upping this in light of the discussion with Secretary Bessent today. The oil companies have all been put on alert that they are financially exposed if the WH is selling them oil without clean title. Bessent said nothing today to assuage that risk.
Any oil company that invests in the production, refining or distribution of Venezuelan oil is exposing their shareholders to significant long term credit liability. We raised that point in a letter to the oil majors today, but want to dive into why: casten.house.gov/media/press-...
