Because it's not. The chess-mastering programs are only that, masters of chess, they're nothing else. And I don't mean they're amazing at chess and only pretty good at other things, I mean they can play chess and only play chess, they do nothing else.

I've done 5 full* playthroughs now. Asterisk required because while I do all the side quests and the lore quests that you have to stumble into, there's one quest that's always left incomplete, those damn Stones of Barenziah

I guess I must have missed something, why aren't you able to block this person? Even if they're creating new accounts to harass you, if you just insta-block them every single time you see them without responding at all they'll either stop or give you enough evidence to get them completely kicked off
