joking aside i do hope you find the right place and course for him

I dread to think what might influence my trail of thought if/when I suggest to my kid what to base his uni decisions on. My own criteria way back when was just at least 2 hours from home on the train, the course sounded ok and they would let me in.

Well that seems a good enough reason as any to make entire future educational decisions on.

Very true. It's also partially because I buy two tickets in the hope someone will come and then leave it too late to invite people as well. That part is my own fault!

I was annoyed but not upset. I was following via BBC text updates so didn't see it but I suspect there are few fans more pissed off than me!
