Money and countries are fake and we need to stop acting like they are some sort of absolute and eternal truth. Instead of “give poor people more money” get rid of money altogether, and let everybody take what they need. If some people hoard, let the community sort it out.
Also, abolish prison.

Yeah, it’s a bit of a struggle right now to find new things that are in the mold if the traditional boy books. I have gone pleading to my local indie begging for recs many times.

A factor I see: people think pandemic learning loss is only from closed schools, which is incomplete. The bigger damage I see is the widespread attitude that in-person learning and discussion is unnecessary and that all assignments can be done online. Students need communal engagement with text
