The Grand Strategy/TTRPG alleviates some of this - but I feel this problem will linger withing Airfortress/#innenring forever.

How do you convey living in Frida's patriarchal social democracy or the ANLUs decentralized planning? I kinda feel like the only real way to explore it is to write - but that leads to a disconnect between visual depiction and what's actually happening. (art of @kingvangarh.bsky.social )

My perpetual crisis with #Innenring is always its core having been a military setting. I find it hard to engage with the social side of it. It's easy to draw a tank and state it depicts a military force. It's much harder to depict social organisation or communities.

Tried about 2 hours of Battlefield 6 today. Not a ton. But I'll add my two cents as a vet since '42. I actually think it's a very solid foundation. I think the menus are a bit clunky and I think the auto heal is a bit fast, but nothing major. Curious to see how a more open vehicle heavy map plays.

I think the large beams it's carrying on the bottom are large AN/APY-7 style radars, which Vanguards can use for ground surveillance. May adjust the size because I realize it's a bit over the top as depicted.
