Most that I could find on youtube are available as clips so you may or may not be able to see the entire episode. And like I said they are not available anywhere.

From the ones I’ve seen, most are less than 20 mins and are told a genre fiction making each one fun and unique.

Green Arrow - 80’s Action Movie (very diehard-esque)
Blue Beetle (Haven’t seen it but looks like a Saturday morning cartoon)

Although this was not in a show, just a line of direct to video shorts that were under marketed, I think DC Showcase line had some of the best animation and stories of any DC property.
They are hard to find most are not available through any official means.
