A beautiful black cat named Toki, sitting patiently and looking at you like she is about to say no to any pathetic deal you’re about to offer. She died after a long illness on the 12th. A tabby cat with a white face, belly and paws named Sad Boy, laying on his back with his belly exposed, looking completely sweet and innocent. He died unexpectedly last Halloween.

Took an excellent photo of my perfect creature today

This reminds me of my all-time favorite book review I've ever read:
A one-star amazon review of the novel Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry. User Derick Parsons, on April 18 2021 wrote: "Boring too. I finished it but I don't quite know why. Most stories have some sort of point but *this was just some stuff that happened to some people.*" (emphasis mine). THIS WAS JUST SOME STUFF. THAT HAPPENED TO SOME PEOPLE.
