So I just finished The Bloodsworn Saga. And lemme tell you, if you're a fantasy reader and you haven't read it, do yourself a favor and bump it up on your TBR list. It was just incredible. The first book is kinda slow, but books 2 and 3 are so fast.

Sometimes I feel like when I'm trying to learn how to use Procreate it feels like I'm completely starting over my art journey and it's been a bummer. I feel like I lost a lot of talent and skill. Honestly, it might be true, but that's ok. Today I embrassed going back to basics and it was nice.

Gotta say, and it feels gross, but I really hope folks are going to finally learn about the problem of jumping to conclusions with this most recent booktube controversy. It's a rough economy to have this much egg on this many faces...

GK2 is setup and I've got an exposure test running quick! Can't wait to see the results!

A little earlier than I was expecting to do this, but I pulled the trigger on a new printer. After watching reviews on the GK3s I think the GK2 is a better option for my needs at the moment. This will hopefully be a fun weekend of dialing this bad larry in.

I've had a weird aversion to setting goals for myself at the start of a new year for a long time. I always felt that if I said I wanted to do something and did not end up doing it, it was something I'd be judged for. And at 32, I now realize just how counterproductive that mindset was.

Just finished book 2 of the Bloodsworn Trilogy by John Gwynne and lemme just tell ya how lucky I feel to not have had to wait for book 3 to release. Definitely recommend! On to the conclusion!
