Set a new rule: all work after 5 PM will be done standing. I think I spend too much time sitting, and that's not good.

For the Addicted app, I could create a lot of TikTok content myself. I have plenty of ideas to experiment with. But again, something keeps holding me back and stops me from putting myself out there. I just can’t seem to step out of my comfort zone, which is programming

I think the scenarios (quizzes) make the app unique in this space. Almost all lessons include 1–3 scenarios that test your knowledge, which is really helpful. #parenting #buildinpublic
