It's funny, when I was a young buck first starting at [Redacted Government Agency] I used to walk by the desks of the "old guys" every morning and laugh at the stack of newspapers they were reading through before they started their day.

You know the sad part: I'm guessing a big chunk of that money will go to consultants who will tell them them the same things you and I (and countless others) have shared for free for years.
