Is TCM even measured? Given all the barriers set up by cable providers I fear the ratings aren’t promising.

No I’m on satellite setup. I use an Apple TV box for the app. One issue is I need to log back into the app every couple weeks.
I’m moving in a few months and keeping DIRECTV just to be sure I have the TCM access.
