there were actually three mills in Ramsgate - The one you are talking about the one on grange road and one at Southwood - Here is a bit of history of all three

I dont but one of my friends who was also there may have - i will ask him. I have a few stories from the time at LOTM and Dave will remember what was known as "Monkey Sick" during the "eggings" that took place and the day the fire extinguisher was let off in the hut at Cavendish St. Loved it there

Whether he knows or not he made big difference to a bunch of teenagers in the 80's at first from a rusty old caravan at Lord Of the Manor then in the hut at Cavendish street and to this day i have an interest in photography all thanks to Dave
