If you can make smaller molds of the joinery, you might be able to use UV-curing acrylic (like jewlery liquid stuff) to make those parts, then use more UV-cure to adhere them to the larger peices.

Might not be throw proof, but could keep it in one peice.

Solid approach, though don't forget the screw sprews!
