Capitalism made us hyper reliant on technology to communicate and now they crackdown on said communication. This has to have been planned that way.

This speaks to both a disinterest in politics born from the thought that nothing ever changes and a lack of political education due to failures of the education system.
Hopefully things can change like we are seeing in NY mayoral race.
