It still feels surreal that people connected with the first book, and I'd love to give something back.

If this post hits 500 shares, I'll make the Beyond The Mark eBook free for all of December.

No catch, just a thank you for the support and a push to keep me writing.

The Writer isn't a fan of being kept awake past her bedtime. She often falls asleep as the Creator works overnight.

Found families. In more ways than one. The Creator, from a broken home. The Seeker, son of a single mother. The Writer, estranged from her family.

The people who make Shein's clothes labor for ten to twelve hours per day (in violation of China's labor laws), some up to seven days a week, and earn as little as 15 to 30 cents per t-shirt.

How some authors get paid massive amounts for some old guff when there's better work being written by indy authors every day of the week.
What’s something in the publishing world that’s a mystery to you? For me, it’s self-publishing. I want to do trad publishing, but I’ve considered self-publishing. I just don’t even know where to begin #writingq #WritingCommunity

The Creator loves the Blues Brothers.
The Writer prefers science fiction.
The Seeker doesn't really have an opinion on the matter but would probably prefer something with a happy ending.

The Creator is a well known multimedia artist. He's a musician and painter who makes his own videos to go with his music and artwork.

The Writer feels like the cat that got the cream right now. She's working with her idol, living abroad and has a close bunch of friends in the Creator's team.

Now, I think the Creator is pretty satisfied with what he's achieved and the legacy he will leave. If you'd asked him a few years back he wouldn't have been so sure.

No students. The Seeker is the youngest, mid 20s. He couldn't wait to leave school.

Today's @theguardian.com contribution to my day. Exhibit A why that paper will never get a penny of my money. Part Cosmopolitan, part Hello mag and part a right wing lickspittle. Sacked all its good journalists and no longer calls out lies, racism or abuse.

I have completed my trawl of the Sunday newspaper reading of choice in less than an hour today. Is it a slow news day or are there stories it is choosing not to cover? I am inclining towards the latter.

The Writer is atypical. She's a feisty, tomboyish female.
The Seeker is a typical young man but quite reserved.

Do you think horror helps readers confront something or escape from something? I like the idea that reading is an escape, but that reading horror allows readers to confront fears at a distance #writingq #WritingCommunity
