We had a Sega MegaDrive and a Super Nintendo when I was real young. My first console that was exclusively mine though was a Game Boy Pocket. A couple years ago I bought a boxed Game Boy Pocket and now it sits on my shelf with my OG handheld in front that still works (top left cube).

Nintendo appear to be locking Year in Review - along with unspecified 'limited preorders' and 'playtests' - behind agreeing to send them optional device data about your Nintendo device usage, that will be shared with - among others - Google and Meta.

However, I can't deny when talking about the size of this IP that these products are lacking a level of budget and quality.

It's been a good Fantasy Critic year for me this year. Looking like I'll be coming in on top so long as Metroid Prime 4 doesn't come out full Gollum.

End of Ch1 in #FinalFantasyTactics I'm reminded just how layered this storyline is, and the fantastic job it does separating character/player knowledge so you can go "No...just talk" then end up in a fight you know neither side wants but ego or miscommunication reign. Exceptional storytelling.

So I 'finished' Mario Kart World...the day after launch and within 5 hours. 'The biggest Mario Kart we've ever made', but I worry that the size of the game is the wrong metric.
It's fun enough, but I can't help feel disappointed. If we're getting more, Nintendo, why haven't you clarified that?

My definition of woman does not, and never will, exclude trans women. The UK Supreme Court just granted a swathe of vile old white women (and others) permission to drop the pretense and just outright discriminate against a subsection of women who have been betrayed by this moment. This is a sad day.

The Warhammer DLC for PowerWash Simulator can eat not one, but two bags of dicks. The fact you don't give us the triple nozzle is just not cool. 😩 But with that DLC run through a second time (Prev. Xbox, now Steam) I am absolutely never powerwashing a giant Warhammer vehicle ever again.
