These are not positive role models. This case can offer a good opportunity for older men to have conversations with the younger men and boys in their lives to offer more empathic, authentic ways to express masculinity.

The English only mindset of a lot of monolingual English speakers. Lack of respect for other languages and lack of willingness to make space for them. Languages of all kinds in schools being pushed out. Most of the rest of the world is bilingual as a minimum.
