Oh, seems fun! Though the first thing we did was disable in-game voice chat and used discord instead. I think that might trivialize a lot of what they're aiming for.

It's sad how the general population does not recognize how unhealthy this is. I can understand why you'd want to hear a loved one's voice again after they're gone, but this is, by all measures, an abomination.

I feel like I should play USUM at some point. I skipped it because I heard the story was worse. And it does the same annoying thing Nintendo did with TotK where it's like a parallel universe or retelling instead of having real continuity.

Sound effects are way too loud and the music is too low. The unlock system is lame - especially the Kamek ones. The intermissions are not fun nor interesting. The winning strategy of laying back all race, holding items, and popping off at final lap is boring. Lastly, not a big fan of tricks.

Thanks for reminding me gts exists! I was able to trade a morpeko for a cramorant. Was stalking tera raids for one for days

I think you can do it in 3, but then you'd miss 1 character. Your roster will be slightly underleveled too. Unlocking the true ending could require more than 3 if you choose "The Golden Path" too early when you haven't done the other endings. There are several chapters where the story branches.

I really had a great time with it. I loved the gameplay and how each character was a unique class. Could spend hours on it and not feel time pass. Cutscene length didn't bother me that much, though needing 4 playthroughs can be mentally tedious even though it's not actually that bad.

Waterfield is really high quality and make beautiful cases. I've used one for my new 3ds xl and switch. Unfortunately, they've been releasing the switch 2 ones in waves and they're very expensive. Having it shipped to Canada would cost me almost $200 USD. Ended up getting an lmcpa case for $20 CAD.
