I’m not making the rules, but here is how I believe people read scores these days:
-6 typically bad
-7 either it might be good but it’s broken or it’s mediocre
-8 either means it’s boring but polished, or it’s great but not perfect
-9 and 10 is where you know you have a good game that is polished.

The follow up question is how is it possible that no-one told whoever had this reason that not using Steve’s voice would be received as a crime by the fans? How did they let it happen? Steve could have dubbed, like they would in an animation movie
