Either way it's out of my hands, and I also really hate knowing that over half my dad's life insurance is term life that runs out in less than a year, and I hate thinking Starm will move down here for nothing, and I hate pretty much everything, really.

Nothing in my life is going to change until either my dad dies or my partner moves here and I feel evil for slightly preferring the former. (Because then I could move to Canada and not bring partner into whatever fresh hell America is by then.)

And I've always been sympathetic to the Forsaken but something about seeing Sylvanas come back, plus doing the Stormheim opening on an Alliance char for the first time, has me by the tusks. To be freed from the hell of the Scourge but still seen as a monster!

No shade at all to people who love elves! I'm glad they exist for the people they hit for.

But trolls? Crawled out of the very guts of Azeroth a billion years ago and just refuse to die? Hell YES give me trolls.

Like, I just don't give a crap for elves. None. I can like or care about individual elf characters, but collectively they bore the hell out of me. I can't express a reason *why* -- I just can't connect.

It's wild how I have zero connection at all to my level 80 DH in Remix but I just randomly created this toon and it's like, hell yes. you my girl.

The way we connect and don't connect to races/classes will always fascinate me.

Cause you know there's lots of folks who tune you out as soon as you mention race or criticize the police. :P

The shorthand I use with people who don't want to hear about all that is "I don't trust a human justice system to decide something of that gravity, and I'd rather have no death penalty than kill even one innocent person."

Just because I honestly told him I didn't often sit around feeling *sad*. Bored and pointless and without any form of joy or positive feedback, yeah, but not sad in the way I am without my meds.

So, clearly not depression.
