I remember when there was a discussion on Twitter about Shein's manufacturing practices and some apologists invented all sorts of fantastical machinery and technology to avoid facing the more horrifying truth. Reminds me of this comedian's joke.

Thanks. After 3 more miscarriages, we did go on to have 2 who made it and are now in their 20s. 🥰

I have found my way out of being anti-vax but it was absolutely rooted in the constant mistreatment and dismissiveness by medical professionals.

But young girls are also often told that their dress and behavior—really, just their sexual nature—can be a “stumbling block” for the older men around them.
