Considering if I will regret not doing an island tour. Tomorrow i'm off for a hike, so will see a bit. I've seen some of the capital. But this was booked as a relaxing time, so think that will be Thursday too instead of a tour.

Its been a while since i've done a package solo holiday. And realising one reason is being on own, and being very bad at socialising, is that i am very likely to end the week not having a conversation with anyone.

I have taken a plate of cheese and a glass of wine to room for later but came back to chill in lounge for a while with the holiday entertainment.

The buffet choice has little local options, except for deserts. Maybe a fish dish, maybe a meat sauce. But at least i'm choosing the meat or the fish and not the pizza, pasta, chips and burgers

Interesting observed behaviour at this bar. The waiters appear to be asking the various couples/parties if they want drinks top-ups. Not me (on my own). I have to be quite overt in asking. Shall now watch what they do with the other two single women tables.

At this resort, there's a "serious" restaurant you can eat at one a week as part of the deal. I've booked tonight. The only problem is the sitting is at 2030 and i'm hungry now!! So will be popping into the buffet restaurant for starters at 1800. 😀

Pleasant wander around town. Found bar for the f1 tomorrow. Up the cable car. A little mooch around, a nice lunch and now heading back. Got on earlier shuttle
